Hawk 250 Front Sprockets.

The front sprocket model that fits on my hawk is the JT Sprockets JTF259.17. I have seen people also use the 13th and 14th. I think as long as the model starts with JTF259.X (replace X with the tooth count) then it should fit on the hawk. I don’t think a 18TH will fit, it might be too big but the smaller sizes might.

I couldn’t find any Hawk 250 JTF25 sprockets in stock on eBay. If you need these, I would recommend checking my Amazon Store for the Hawk 250 Rear Sprocket. Click Here to open the Hawk 250 Rear Sprocket amazon page.

TMS Brush Guards for Hawk 250: Make sure to only select the seller that has the same image as below, it can be a different color but as long as its the same product. That is the one hawk 250 owners are using. Click here to see these guards on my hawk 250 dual sport.

Hawk 250 Performance Exhaust Upgrade

I love this upgrade for the hawk 250, it makes it sound so much mean but not too loud. Plus you can notice a difference right away with this hawk 250 upgrade. If you want to read my post on the hawk 250 exhaust upgrade, click here, a new window will open.

Installing these upgraded exhaust is fairly easy. the only thing you really need to do is drill out the flange holes to make them bigger so it can fit on the hawk 250 engine header. You can see what I mean on the post I did on the hawk 250 upgraded exhaust.

Hawk 250 New Tires

I will keep this updated as I try new tires on my hawk 250 dual sport bike. The new tires I went with was the Shinko 244. Click here to see my older post on these tires and how it was installing the new Shinko 244 tires for my hawk 250 dirt bike. This was my first time ever changing any tires on a motorcycle =) and I found it fairly quick and painless to do. I uploaded a YouTube video which you can see below of me installing these Shinko 244 tires on my hawk 250 dual sport.

The sizes for the Shinko 244 tires that I got are,

Front – Tire Size:3.00-21 51L

Rear – Tire Size:4.10-18 60S
